Case Study: The Riverside Youth Council
In a community divided by ethnic and socioeconomic lines, our Peace Circles program brought together 40 young people for weekly dialogues. Over 8 weeks, participants moved from cautious engagement to collaborative problem-solving. Today, they meet monthly to address community issues and have launched two successful advocacy initiatives.
Case Study: Cross-Cultural Understanding Project
Our Youth Leadership Institute trained 30 young advocates who then designed and implemented a six-month cross-cultural dialogue series in their schools. Participating students reported significantly increased understanding of different perspectives and reduced prejudice.
